I have had a long journey on my way to creating Adopt-a-Gym. As a child, I faced many of the challenges that we hope our children never have to face; poverty, abuse, addiction, illness & loss!
These challenges taught me so many lessons:

Along the way, luckily some positive experiences taught me some important life traits that have kept me going and guided me to this day.
